Hi Abeer. I just wanted to thank you for encouraging me to join your Yoga classes. The increased flexibility and core strength has really helped me improve my dragon boat paddling. Additionally, the breathing and meditation exercises has helped me focus on race days. My dragon boat crew and I recently competed in the Canadian Dragon Boat Championships in Regina. We raced against the fastest crews across Canada and won a silver and 4 bronze medals. We have earned the honour of representing Canada at the 2020 World Club Crew Championships in France. We have a year to prepare. Your yoga classes will be an important part of my training.

Abeer is one of my favourite instructors, who truly embodies the teachings of a holistic yoga practice. Her methods are based on building a strong foundation, with a deep focus on technique. Over the years, this approach has allowed me to develop my practice in a physically safe and sustainable way. I thoroughly enjoy her mobility classes, that have helped me to expand my range of motion, addressing my shoulder limitations.
Her class style and methods are fun and effective. She is highly observant, consistently monitoring her students, and always providing insight towards alignment and modifications to help them grow.
In addition to her extensive knowledge and passion for yoga , Abeer genuinely cares about helping her students on their wellness journey. She is patient, supportive, and collaborative. She exudes a warmth that creates a welcoming and emotionally safe space for all. This has motivated me to try new things without the fear of failing. She always ensures that we have a great class and I feel both rejuvenated and grounded after a session with her. I am very grateful to Inye for having Abeer on their roster and for allowing the community to benefit from all that she has to offer.
